According to police records, 27-year old Arlen Wilburn has been charged with 2 counts Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and one count Statutory Rape.
The victim told investigators that Wilburn expressed feelings for her in April, and sent sexual images of himself. She said Wilburn also sent text messages to her that were sexual in nature, and that he sodomized her at the school.
